Not satisfied with the product you ordered?

You can return purchased products within 30 days from delivery and we will gladly exchange it for a different size, a different product or for a full refund. It's only up to you. :) If you want a refund, don't forget to include your bank account number!

But beware, in order for us to accept the returned product, it has to be new, with all the tags and without any signs of being worn.

What to do?

Simply fill in the lower part of the invoice that came with the order, and the unused goods send to us together with the lower part of the invoice through any branch of Packeta.

All you have to do is bring the package to any branch of Packeta and dictate the return code to the staff. The carrier will take care of the rest.

As soon as your package reaches us, we will start working on the processing. Delivery to us should not take more than a few days.

When and how do I get the refund?

We will refund your money onto your bank account. You will receive the refund within 10 business days from the day that we receive the package at our warehouse. You will be notified about that via e-mail.
